My experience with DCH Paramus has been an unending nightmare. First, the car I bought was defective. The entertainment system and speedometer died on a known issue no one tells you about. After not offering me a service appointment for five weeks, I called the salesman, who intervened, and they fixed it, but that’s not actually the bad part. The bad part is they didn’t register the car properly, and because of that, my insurance policy was nearly canceled until I begged for an extension, my driver’s license has been suspended, the registration on the car is now suspended for another three months, and I’ve been fined $852 for a car I can’t legally drive but still must make payments on. Trying to get a straight answer about this and results in finger-pointing about whose fault it is. There are no consumer protections against this kind of negligence. Zero. And you can’t actually get involved and do anything about it because the dealer has to handle the transaction. Since I bought the car three months ago, I still can’t legally drive it. I will say everyone has been very friendly, but that isn’t enough anymore. More

went in to get a quote With Ray Crespo. He was great and helped me come out with a brand new 2020 Honda HRV (my dream car). I didn't think I would be driving home the same day in a new car.. My credit was n helped me come out with a brand new 2020 Honda HRV (my dream car). I didn't think I would be driving home the same day in a new car.. My credit was not at its best but Ray worked wonders and work out a good deal that was within my price range.. My experience was so good I had my sister in law come the following day to get a Honda Civic 2020.. thanks ray for going above and beyond for us I kno we weren't so easy to deal with lol. More

I had asked for a quote on a new vehicle and had follow up calls from internet team to come in. I spoke to specialist 10 minutes before coming I. So I would have assumed she would have checked that car was available. At the dealership, I was told car was coming from a different lot and I could test drive a different color. After the test drive, I was informed the car I had wanted had been sold. I was also informed that the price quoted to me in bold letters was for “Honda Family” members and my price would have been $750 more (this information was in the tiny fine print on the bottom of the quote). I was also informed that the interest rate that was sent to me was only if “bought down” the rate. I wrote back to the manager and Internet specialist expressing my dissatisfaction, but both emails were ignored. More
