Horrible service department. They don't call, they don't communicate, and they are unhelpful and not very polite. The person that checked me in was very nice, but my car sat there a full day longer than it had to because they claim they called the wrong number. Yet. I called them twice and left messages with my "busy" service person. Still unsure of who I was assigned as a service person to begin with. Also, while my number was completely wrong on the paperwork, my correct number was left with the receptionist twice and was one of the 3 on the paper. No one seemed concerned I hadn't come and picked up my car when it was ready. Or, for almost 24 hours after it was ready. As far as the technician that worked on my car and recorded my video, he was great, and the only reason this is not a 1 star review. More
