It is incredibly disheartening to experience theft, especially when it happens in a place where I expected professionalism and trust. To make matters worse, the service manager never reached out to address the issue directly, choosing instead to communicate through one of his service associates. This lack of accountability and personal responsibility from the manager only adds to the frustration and disappointment of being violated in a setting that should have been safe. More

Ray was very helpful when checking in for my vehicles routine maintenance. I inquired how far down the local gym was as I was planning to walk there while my car was being serviced.
