This is a big dealership with great inventory. We were pretty convinced we wanted Ridgeline RTL-E, but wanted to test drive one. We planned to just kick tire, but bought a new truck. Gregory has a consultive style. He is a great listener and helped us to understand several features. We test drove the vehicle and chatted with Gregory. During the test drive he had us try multiple safety features which was great as it was a base requirement of ours. Gregory was professional and pleasant and his consulting style was no pressure. He researched inventory and some ideas he came up with to find better pricing in a step-down model, with upgrade of the feature we wanted. No luck because Honda makes models and feature packaging a specific way. We are beyond happy with our choice and the great service. The manager came over to meet us and stopped back as we left. The gentleman in finance was equally engaging and supportive. If you're thinking of a Honda and even if your comparing vehicles for your final decision, Gregory is the expert to speak with.
