Excellent Customer Service I absolutely loathe car shopping! I had a pre-authorization through a finance company, so set out online to find a vehicle that peaked my interest. After submitting my application, I was contacted by the Internet Sales Department at Whitten Brothers almost immediately and within a day, everything had already been finalized and I was ready to pick up my new car. I scheduled an appointment for the following day and showed up an hour early. I was immediately greeted and asked if I could be assisted. I was then introduced to Dustin and Ray who took great care of us. Best car shopping experience I've ever had. I even received a follow up call to make sure I was enjoying my new car! More

Hands down the best sales staff around I had been looking for a truck for almost a month and I was starting to get frustrated with trying to find one. I was driving down RT 1 and saw the truck I had been looking for. I pulled in and was greeted by Riley and "new" Ray. For once during this experience, I was treated like a friend and not a person that was gonna help meet a sales quota. They went out of their way to help me. Two days later I returned with my wife, (Riley was off) and was greeted by "old" Ray. Ray went out of his way to assist me in my truck buying experience and worked hard to get me the most for my trade-in and the best price on the truck. From there my wife and I met Paige who processed our our paper work, which is always the worse part of buying anything, but she made it fun and painless. Overall this was a great experience from start to finish if your looking for a quality vehicle and want to be treated like you are part of the family head on down to Whitten.....What did the old commercials use to say,,,,,The best deals are Written by Whitten!
