Went to the dealer Mike Black because he had just sold us the truck and it had a light problem, so it had to stay overnight and they couldn't figure it out at first after replacing the whole headlight, but i the truck and it had a light problem, so it had to stay overnight and they couldn't figure it out at first after replacing the whole headlight, but it might have been some module which might have been under a recall, but they fixed it. Didn't like leaving the truck overnight after just getting it, that was sad, but it was fixed and we are glad!! More

Worst experience ever ! We waited 5 month for a part there, we purchased a F150 Raptor there which needed a part of the front bumber , they ordered it and never called us ba We waited 5 month for a part there, we purchased a F150 Raptor there which needed a part of the front bumber , they ordered it and never called us back ! I finally got an appointment for the part to install , then they told me I have to wait 2 hours. I took the part home , we installed it in 20 min ourselves. Never go back there for service. The salesman was great when we purchased the car . More

Rayanne was very thorough and professional. I especially like the video showing the work done on my vehicle. My only concern is with the system that says I missed two appointments in the last y I especially like the video showing the work done on my vehicle. My only concern is with the system that says I missed two appointments in the last year even though I have video and documentation that I did not miss any. It gives the impression that I am not maintaining my vehicle in accordance with my extended warranty requirements. More
