A simple wiring job turned into an all day ordeal. Then I was charged an additional 2 hours labor to install two wires for my fuel pump. That’s unbelievable! REAL REPAIRS - Forget it. I took there on a Monday with a typed out piece of paper stating what happens to it. I am 80 y.o. and I cannot call Triple "A" every time my car wo I took there on a Monday with a typed out piece of paper stating what happens to it. I am 80 y.o. and I cannot call Triple "A" every time my car won't start. I sometimes have to sit in the car having to wait until it wants to start again 30-45 min. They kept telling me, "oh it starts every time?" Because they either did not wait for it to cool down (10 min) and then try it. Finally on day 3 I said I wanted my car back. They begged for one more day, I say o.k. it finally happens and then they tell me by the time they get the equipment to test it, it starts? Ask for one more day, I say o.k. and by 3:30 the next day I get a call they talk about replacing a part (a part I mentioned on my paper) and they want to charge $700. So I say o.k. so does that mean you will warrant/guarantee I won't get stuck again. Service attendant RayAnn, says hold on I need to talk to the manager. She comes back and tells me I can PU my car, NO CHARGES and maybe my Son can put in the part? I would also state that the customer service, RayAnn, did NOT even call me along the way to tell me what was going on. After 2 days I had to call them? Worst experience of my life. They had my car for 5 days, used up a 1/2 tank of gas and never diagnosed the problem. PATHETIC! More
