I also was fortunate to meet Pam Crisafulli in service who has been exceptional in taking care of my service needs. She makes scheduling an appointment easy and it is always a pleasure dealing with her. When I need a loaner car she makes sure that I get one. She makes sure all my concerns get taken care of.
