We were fortunate to be dealing with Ray Andrews during this process. Ray was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and as personable as he is professional...not necessarily a combination that is always easy to come by. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns and made this experience pleasant, fun, positive, relaxed and overall completely stress-free. And it didn't end with Ray. The employee that took us out for our new car tutorial was excellent. He had the knowledge to answer every question, a great sense of humor, and endless patience in dealing with me and my not-so-new-car-savvy self. Even right before leaving when we were given the tour and details on how the (pre and post construction) service area works, we were greeted with big smiles and warm hellos. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who would listen. We could not be happier with the pricing, the car, and the customer service. Thank you to all! More

When I I am glad to say that I was able to work with Ray Andrews, Evan Quinones, and Anthony Marino on my latest vehicle purchase at Circle Infiniti. When I initially came in, I dealt with Ray, who made the negotiating process hassle free. When I came in to pick up my car, Ray was off. He set it up so Evan would take care of all the paperwork for me. Evan was great and made sure everything was ready and had us in and out. Mr. Marino came over while we were picking up the car and made sure that everything was going well. We really appreciated it. Thanks so much guys! More

Top Sales Person! I have owned Infiniti's for the last 16 years. To date, my best experience has been with Circle Infiniti due to the amazing professionalism of salesm I have owned Infiniti's for the last 16 years. He was extremely knowledgable and not once in our dealings with Ray did we feel any pressure to buy. The many things Ray assisted us with are to numerous to mention. I've visited this dealer several times in the past few months to get info and to try and I've had the best car buying experience with Raymond Andrews. I've visited this dealer several times in the past few months to get info and to try and pin point what my next vehicle choice would be before my lease was up. Im talking emails, calls and me walking in several times since my job is right down the street and Raymond was always there to assist and was never once pushy or just trying to make a quick sale. He was really down to earth and he made me feel welcomed every single time and also delivered me my new car as promised. This is my new go to dealer! More

Outstanding Dealership Experience I’m not generally one to write reviews regarding a car dealership, unless it is for particularly bad customer service. However, in this instance, I t I’m not generally one to write reviews regarding a car dealership, unless it is for particularly bad customer service. However, in this instance, I truly felt compelled to make mention of what an outstanding experience my wife and I had at Circle Infiniti with Ray Andrews (Sales Consultant), Marcus Bowles (Product Specialist), and Brian Conway (Finance Manager). This was probably one of the easiest and most pleasant car buying experiences we’ve ever had. My wife and I walked into the dealership on a Saturday afternoon with plans to test drive a few different makes and models to replace our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. After a few minutes, Ray greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. We expressed interest in the 2014 QX60, and he promptly pulled one from the lot so that we could head out for a test drive. During the test drive, we pulled into a parking lot so that he could walk through some of the many features as part of the packages we were most interested (e.g. navigation, height adjustable tailgate, 3rd row access, etc.). When we got back to the dealership, I asked Ray to provide me with some figures for the vehicle (both lease and finance), and he came back with a few different scenarios to illustrate the different options available to us. When I informed him that we were still in the process of test driving a few other vehicles that day, he politely made a copy of the offer sheet for me, gave me his business card, and we left… there was no hard sell or high pressure close tactics. We tested a few other vehicles that afternoon including the Acura MDX, but ultimately decided we liked the QX60 the best. I called Ray on Monday evening, we shored up financing details on Tuesday, and had a scheduled delivery for Friday. By the time I walked into the dealership with my wife on Friday, everything had already been worked out --- the paperwork was ready and waiting, Ray had personally contacted my insurance company to make sure the new vehicle was added onto our policy and the old vehicle was removed, and our new QX60 was being pulled up to the front from being freshly detailed. We signed our paperwork with Brian Conway, who outlined all of the different terms clearly, and was also quite a funny guy. As a parent of young children and an owner of a QX60 as well, he gave us some great tips on making the vehicle more “kid-friendly”… which was much appreciated. When we finished, Ray escorted us outside where Marcus then took us through every possible detail of the vehicle. He was thorough, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all things Infiniti. You could clearly sense his enthusiasm for the brand… it was a great end to the purchase experience. It’s only been a few days since we took delivery, but we absolutely love this vehicle and can’t say enough good things about the staff at Circle Infiniti. We’re looking forward to seeing how the service department performs. If they are even half as pleasant as our purchase experience, we’ll be very happy. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone, especially Ray Andrews. More

Our experience at Circle Infiniti was amazing. We found a car online that we wanted to test drive. Ray had us in the car within 5 minutes of walking through the door. He was able to answer ever single one of our questions and proved to be extremely knowledgeable. When it came time to make a deal, he was extremely easy to work with...there was none of the typical haggling. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. More

As i entered the dealership i was greeted with a warm smile and a firm handshake from Ray Andrews. I expressed my needs to him and he understood completely what i was looking for. I bought 2013 G37 coupe from Circle Infinity in August 2013. My salesman, Ray Andrews, understood I was deciding between Infinity and Lexus and his follow up was professional - not pushy. Ray is great - tolerated my questions with the patience of a Saint! The dealership has a great layout and comfortable feel. Overall, you are left with a pleasant feeling and positive sale experience. Once I decided on the Infinity, Ray was aggressive with the numbers and didn't waste my time with needless haggling. I highly recommended him to anyone looking for a car! As for Kevin, He was amazing. This young man is so excited about these cars and showed me features and programming shortcuts that my head was spinning. He'll take his time and he's willing to demonstrate the important features until you understand. His follow up is wonderful and he is there to make sure you understand the car. Circle Infinity was great! I visited 12 {yes, 12} different dealerships in the Ocean County Area in search of a luxurious, but sporty two door coupe. No harassing phone calls or annoying corporate follow up. Ray never tried to change my mind on the car type. Everyone was pleasant, smiling, clean cut, and sincere. A cut above. In the end, I was treated well and I got a great {rocking} car! More

My husband & I were hunting for an M37XS with the aerodynamic kit and all of the packages they had to offer. We met Ray about a month before we bought. He was not pushy & was very patient with us. We got back in touch with Ray in August when me made up our mind that the M was the car we wanted to buy. At that time we went on the hunt for the exact car I wanted. Ray was able to get my car from a dealer in Pennsylvania. He did not try to sell us something on the lot like another dealership we talked to on the phone (since we located the car ourselves). Everyone at Circle so far has been very courteous & genuine. I love my car, it is exactly what I wanted! Thank you Ray & Circle Infiniti. More
