There are not enough good things I can say about Alex. He is the definition of service. Alex spent a easy two hours with us test driving and explaining the car. We never felt pushed to make a decision. It felt that Alex thought it was more important for us to understand what we were looking to buy then whether we were going to actually buy the car. Because of it, it is our feeling that Alex hands down has been one of the best car sales men we dealt with. The team,as well, was great. Mo Beidoun helped out as well. We stopped in the dealer ship and Alex was with a customer. Mo introduced himself and spent time with us answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of until Alex was free. All and all it was a great experance. I will be back to see Alex for my next car. More

Then, I met Alex who not only provided all the answers for my questions but also never wasted my time dealing the price. Everyone has price in their mind for sure, and sometime it takes lots of time to negotiate deals and persuade managers for that price. Alex does great jobs communicating client's price into manager's bottom line price. In the end, I purchased X5 3 days after I made the first visit to the store. Eric Griffin was my salesman and I highly recommend him. From the test drive to delivery he was professional, knowledgeable, personable, polite and thorough. He even prepared my coffee at both appointments. I asked to move the delivery date up a day, which was the next day. Eric readily agreed and scheduled my appointment for the next day. Both appointments were timely and pleasant. At delivery he took the time to show me all the features of my car. He even paired my cell phone and garage door opener. Ray Borg handled my trade in and additional services sale. In the short time I interacted with him he was professional and knew the additional services details and suggested which were best for me and the usage of my car. More
