I recently had the pleasure of working with Ray on 3 separate transactions. Very thorough an and helpful at and after the close! I had to trade a car that I had purchased the prepaid maintenance on aft separate transactions. Very thorough an and helpful at and after the close! I had to trade a car that I had purchased the prepaid maintenance on after just 5 weeks. He had explained that normally the maintenance plan is not refundable or transferable to my new car. But Ray went to bat for me with BMW of North America and got the plan transferred to the new car so that I didn't lose it. Now that's service by Ray and BMW! I will always go to BMW of A2 for my cars! More

Recently my 2017 330i came off lease and I decided to buy it; they offered far better financing terms than what I could have found on my own or expected. I am stunned to see some of the bad reviews on this DealerRater site; it is not at all in line with their Google and Facebook reviews. I am sure that if you come in with enthusiasm that you will be treated in kind and in a friendly yet professional way. More

Alex, the sales representative was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I have been visiting multiple dealerships but never got the knowledge and friendliness I got here. You could tell how much love Alex has from the brand right away. He drives one, and knows all there is to know about thes cars, the mechanics behind them and what makes them amazing automobiles. Also, as I have stated, Alex not being pushy let the car spek for itself and made me trust him even more. I entered the deslership with the idea that all car dealers are xxxxxxxx and left impressed with the fact that it was not true. To say the whole staff went above and beyond would be an understatement, and I am grateful and happy to now be part of the BMW family. I would recommend this dealership and especially Alex to anybody in the business to buy an amazing driving machine. Also, the financial manager (Ray) made time to meet me at a personal level and also made extra efforts to make sure I was getting the best financing possible. As I for some reason got denied for the credit he made sure it was not a mistake (which it turned out to be) and i left home with the car of my dreams and a great deal all thanks to him. More

Superior product and service My wife and I were in the market for a SUV. We were debating between the Audi Q5 and the BMW X3. Alex Upshur was the sales man we talked to. There are not enough good things I can say about Alex. He is the definition of service. Alex spent a easy two hours with us test driving and explaining the car. We never felt pushed to make a decision. It felt that Alex thought it was more important for us to understand what we were looking to buy then whether we were going to actually buy the car. Because of it, it is our feeling that Alex hands down has been one of the best car sales men we dealt with. The team,as well, was great. Mo Beidoun helped out as well. We stopped in the dealer ship and Alex was with a customer. Mo introduced himself and spent time with us answering our questions and making sure we were taken care of until Alex was free. All and all it was a great experance. I will be back to see Alex for my next car. More
