I have been in the car business since 1999. Subaru is my second job in the industry. I will never forget the commitment I am asking customers to make with their hard-earned money. Anyone that walks through our doors will be treated like guest in my own home. I often have told customers that I have a great view of the American Dream playing itself out in our showroom: people of every diversity with the only common denominator being hard work.

What a pleasant car shopping experience. Raymond is very polite and knowledgeable. No pressure, answered all of my questions and went with me on test drive of a Subaru, a nice long ride too, so you really polite and knowledgeable. I am very glad I decided to go to this dealership. In the past I have owned all American vehicles. On a whim, I decided to take a run down to Garcia At Academy and San Mateo. Raymond came right up to me to welcome me and it wasn't long before I decided to buy. It won't be here for awhile, but I'm happy to wait. Nice cars and a very nice Raymond too! More

This message is late in coming, but that shouldn't detract from the excellent experience at Garcias. My wife and I are most impressed with the entire staff. The dealership was clean, neat and busy. The busy part helped make our decision. Jeromy greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome. The transition to a more experienced salesman, Ray, went smoothly. I was very happy with the test drive and Ray’s demeanor. He was patient and answered questions with confidence and knowledge. I attempted a lane change and another car moved into the same lane with no signal. I was forced to move back into my original lane with no problem. Ray remained as calm as a driver’s Ed teacher. The transition to the finance department wasn’t as smooth. I have no problem with her performance, but this is where we learned that two years of free maintenance on the dealership was not free. Be prepared for the additional sales pitch for add ons and additional warranty. More
