Never have we found a dealership more reliable, professional or honorable than Garcia Subaru. Raymond is an absolutely first rate guy! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and considerate. Car buying is never an easy process but Raymond makes it painless! Extremely thoughtful and great to work with! Aubrey Padilla, the general manager, is a delight! We were having a persistent problem with our older Outback (highly unusual for a Subaru) but Aubry made sure it was rectified to our complete satisfaction. I don't think any other dealer ever would have gone to the lengths to help as Aubry did. As we've told her on more than one occasion: "We'll be buying cars from you until we're too old to drive!" Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about her. She is a gem! One more comment: We want to thank Adam Hoopman, our service rep. He is, without fail friendly, helpful, efficient and fast! He answered so many questions but was very patient with me. I never felt pressured to buy. He explained a lot about the car. After buying the car, I'm still stopping in with questions. We had a 4 month old puppy with us which I think was more welcomed than us. Raymond is great and so is the dealership. More

I’ve never loved any car so much and both my wife and I agree it is definitely an investment* every other car I’ve owned I’ve had buyers remorse, but this experience has been much different To start, it was SO REFRESHING to work with people that actually care. Raymond, Aubry and Norah are simply the best car people I’ve ever worked with in my life. Never felt high pressure or weird like it always does at literally every place you’ll ever shop for a car. I hardly ever leave reviews so it says a lot for me to take the time to let you know how special this group of people are and how much they really will help you get the car you need while genuinely helping at the highest level of service. One of my favorite memories of the test drive with Ray was when he didn’t try to sell me anything about the features like most car guys would do, he just told me the reason WHY I would want to own a car like this. LOVE your family? and you will drive a Subaru. And the more I read and educated myself I realized he was right - they are hands down the safest cars, designed for taking a crash at the highest level, and engineered with every detail thought of with careful awareness to yet again creating a great experience for my entire family. Wife is happy. The kids are SO HAPPY. I will never go back to another brand of car or car lot again! I’m in the process of rebuilding my credit after building several businesses over the last decade, so even with “fair” scores their team helped us qualify for a 2020 Ascent. My neighbor doctor friend in my neighborhood owns a new Subaru Ascent as well and absolutely loves it! So I became curious, and decided to leave my past life of frustration with the other car. In the first month of owning this beauty - I actually feel so safe and all the safety perks are so amazing ( lane assist helps me never drive off the road, front sensors keep me from ever rear ending someone again, the rear camera is simply amazing with steering guidance to perfectly swing those parallel park challenges, etc. etc) Pretty much everything that totally upset me with my other SUV I felt like the people at Subaru sat down and masterminded quite honestly one of the most brilliant vehicles I have had the privilege of driving. We have now taken the kids road tripping to California, camping on the beaches in northern San Diego (Encinitas, Cardiff by the Sea) and also to visit family in Colorado. The result has been life-changing, and we not only LOVE this car so much but it has turned our car time into some really great memories. The kids love all the usb chargers for their tablets and games! I love hearing everyone “oooo” and “ahhhhh” when seeing a full moon or stars out the huge sun roof. When you are driving this vehicle, you just feel like “ I’m heading down the right road in life… this is awesome “ Do yourself a favor, give these folks a call and drive the car you deserve that will take your life to the next level!
