I purchase my 7 series 1 year ago and needed an oil change and cabin filter replacement. I decided to replace the filters myself and had the dealership replace the oil. They would not reset the micro change and cabin filter replacement. I decided to replace the filters myself and had the dealership replace the oil. They would not reset the microfilter engine notification, because they had not done the work, despite me the owner telling them it was done. They sent me on a youtube search and I spent an hour fiddle fcking the ignition switch attempting to reset the notification to no avail, After buying my car from them and calling them with my request, I would have expected to hear "come on back to the dealership and let us show you had to do it". I will never return to Circle BMW...... More
