The last vehicle I purchased was from Lowe Toyota in Warner Robins. Their service center was a 100% better service experience than at Jimmy Britt. It took an hour and 45 minutes for a first time oil change. Honestly JB should send someone out to Lowe’s. I was shocked at the drastic difference. I also inquired about having JB order and installing the proximity keyless entry for me. I was told someone would call me the following Monday with a price. After not hearing from them I called again the following Thursday and was told someone would call me back again. It’s now Wednesday 11 DAYS LATER and no one has bothered to call me with a price. It looks like I will need to call another Jeep dealer to get it done. More
