My experience was nothing but positive, their were no "car dealer games" no tricks no surprises. They presented a great price with a fair price on my trade in and we came to an agreement right away. MY primary contact Rich was professional and wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for and never tried to push me into something I didn't want. During the test drive there was a minor issue discovered with the truck, Rich had a member of their service team assess and make the adjustments, they had the truck ready to go before the paperwork was completed.
