My experiences with this dealership lead me to confidently recommend this dealership as a positive place to do business. I visited several dealerships over the past year and admittedly I was a challenging customer as I was very upside down on my previous vehicle. Gastonia Dodge gave me top dollar for my trade and I was finally able to make a deal. My salesman was good, I did not feel pressured to purchase and he allowed me time to do some research once the deal was presented. I purchased a used Ford, so some of the questions I asked he did not know the answers to right away, but anything that I asked that he did not know, he looked into and provided me with an answer. Tim Carlson, finance manager, was awesome. Super fast, great follow up and I had no doubt he was working to get me the best deal. In the past I would dread the finance part of purchasing a car, but in this case I really enjoyed talking to Tim and he eased the nervousness that comes along with making a big purchase. Now here is the part where I can offer some insight on the customer service offered by this dealership. I ran into a weird issue with my vehicle about 2.5 months after purchased and I reached out to the dealership to see if they could provide any assistance. Once I got in touch with the right people, I was incredibly pleased with my experience. Rebecca Fox went above and beyond to make sure I was communicated with and satisfied with my experience. I absolutely recommend Gastonia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram as a great place to purchase a vehicle. They definitely take care of their customers. More

Going To Buy All My Fleet Vehicles From Here! I work in a Residential and Commercial Industry and have anywhere from 40-60 vehicles in my fleet at anytime averaging 75K-100K miles a year! We go th I work in a Residential and Commercial Industry and have anywhere from 40-60 vehicles in my fleet at anytime averaging 75K-100K miles a year! We go through them quickly. I chose Dodge over the other 30 Corporate local recommended vendors because I also only buy all of my personal vehicles from this Dealership. I was worried about how much time the whole process would take, being that these were Commercial Fleet Vehicle Purchases. I was in and out in 30 minutes from meet, greet, paperwork, finance and all. Daniel went above and beyond to earn my Company business and we will continue this relationship without any issues! That I am sure of! The whole team was awesome from the finance (Tim), sales manager (Jason) and the other Sales Reps as well. Each one made it a point to acknowledge me and introduce themselves, knowing I was Daniel's customer. That speaks a lot about their character and are just great people in general. More

Poor customer service We recently purchased a 2017 Charger. We were not happy with tint due to bubbling and ripples in work. When we went back were verbally berated by tint person (not a dodge employee). We asked that tint be redone at center of our choosing and we're told only solution was to allow them to redo. Not acceptable to me at all after seeing work that was alreaady done on several other vehicles, We were also told we could drive to other dealer in Lake Norman to have done, again not acceptable. They may have sold us a vehicle but they did not earn my repeat business or my word of mouth recommendation to others. The only reason we would continue to return to have our other vehicle serviced is due to our service advisor who we like and trust. More

Unhappy Had my vehicle in the week after July 4th for service dropped it off at 7am, called after 1pm to check progress and couldn't get a return phone call Had my vehicle in the week after July 4th for service dropped it off at 7am, called after 1pm to check progress and couldn't get a return phone call for the next few hours, I eventually had to call the GM to get info needed. Once the service writer called me, he informed me of the issue and said they would need vehicle overnight, I told him that was not possible. They scrambled and got vehicle finished that day. I asked if both sides of engine were checked and was assured that they were and the issue was only on one side. After i picked my vehicle, i noticed it still had same issue though on a smaller scale. Went back within a few days and scheduled another appt, dropped vehicle of night before for a 7am appt. Called around 1pm to check progress left message with message center, no return call, call again around 2pm got service writers voicemail, left message again no return call, called back shortly after 3pm and while I was on hold they called me. Was informed that the vehicle was just checked(8 hours after my scheduled appt) and it was the same issue as before but the other side(the one I was assured was checked and ok 2 weeks prior but noise never left) and was told they would need to keep my vehicle overnight which was not an option without me having another vehicle to drive, was told there weren't any available. So after me expressing my displeasure in no uncertain terms I was told it could be finished today(funny how that happened) Also during all of this I called the GM(Ron Lovelace) who was not in today, was directed to Mr. Parks i believe and then directed to Miss Fox, left both individuals voicemails and neither returned my call. When dealing with the folks there in person they are great and personable. The professionalism of returning calls promptly is horrible, the overbooking of appts is horrible and the deflection and excuses are horrible. It is my belief that since it was warranty work, it was put on the back burner so to speak, Also this is a known problem on the vehicle but no recall is issued, so if my vehicle had been out of warranty, i would have been responsible for large repair bill. There is a ton of room for improvement at this dealership, curious to see if changes will be made!! More
