No pressure - Smooth - Pleasant I had never had such a pleasant experience at a dealer, NEVER! No pressure, all questions answered clearly and quickly, no "let me talk to my manager I had never had such a pleasant experience at a dealer, NEVER! No pressure, all questions answered clearly and quickly, no "let me talk to my manager" tricks. Personal attention, expedite process. From test-drive to drive-out was about 2 hours, including credit approval and all signatures (a lot of signatures, but electronic made it a breeze). Everybody with whom I interacted was pleasant and solicitous. Thanks Steven, I'll be very happy to recommend you and your dealer to friends and family. More
