Everything was great until we hit the finance manager. We arrived at dealer at 6:00 pm. We had one used car we wanted. It was a cash deal. We didn’t get out until 10:30 pm with no car. The finance manager took forever and ultimately never told us we couldn’t drive away with car. ACH, wire transfer, nothing was acceptable since the bank wasn’t open. Next day, wire transfer completed by 1:00 pm. Still the finance manager said no car and would need another day. This was terribly upsetting! He misled us and we believe it was all his fault we couldn’t get the car sooner. Be aware! More

Would NEVER recommend dealing with Luke. Most disrespectful salesman I have ever met. I had signed off and agreed to a payment and term for a vehicle the Luke comes in to close the deal. His approach and demeanor was arrogant and condescending as he tried to increase my payment and term which totaled over 7K. He had the audacity to ask "don't you have something around the house you could sell" all while smiling and chewing gum. I was stunned. My son and I had been working with our salesman for over two hours to make a deal that worked and then Luke entered the picture. I don't know if he has a problem with women or feels that women are an easy target to take advantage but that was definitely the way he came across. I was so distraught by his blatant disrespect and arrogance that we had to leave the dealership. Our salesman and two others from the dealership contacted us several times on our way home. One of the ones to contact us was the general manager Dennis who had an "I could care less how you were made to feel - but do you want to buy a vehicle" attitude. More
