Wolfchase Honda was AWESOME! Everyone we came into contact with wanted to help us get the vehicle that we wanted with only the options that we wanted. Most of our time was spent with Mike Sakaan and words do not do justice to the help and guidance that he gave us in getting a new vehicle. If all of your sales personnel are like Mike then I do not see how other Honda dealers even begin to compete with Wolfchase Honda. Mike was AWESOME and we hope he is still there when we return for another vehicle. Would not be surprised that when we do return to Wolfchase for another vehicle that Mike will be in management as he is that good at dealing with customers and team members at Wolfchase with the sole goal of a very happy customer who will return again. Another AWESOME goes to Kimberly Smith who was crucial to our eventually physically going to Wolfchase Honda as she emailed us back and forth over the Internet to start the car buying process. She was patient with us and no matter how many times we changed our minds or our requests for information she was there to assist and guide us. Not just Mike and Kimberley, but also everyone else we had contact with did their all to be sure that we got the vehicle we wanted with only the accessories and features that we alone wanted. They suggested additions that we might like but there was no pressure to do as they suggested. It was a totally different experience in that they wanted to know what we wanted and they made sure that we got what we wanted and not things that we did not want. We are mighty pleased that we went to Wolfchase Honda and thank everyone there for a very wonderful and pleasant car buying experience. We love our Honda Pilot Touring AWD! THANK YOU! More

Cheated Everyone there was so nice and kind but when it was time to finance, I felt cheated, he was nice but gave me warranties not needed, my car note so hig Everyone there was so nice and kind but when it was time to finance, I felt cheated, he was nice but gave me warranties not needed, my car note so high it’s almost as high as my house note, I told him I couldn’t afford, so he got my car note too $648 which is still high, he never told me That these warranties were optional and didn’t have to have them, I called later tell him I want to take these warranties off so my car note could go down, he then told me it wouldn’t make a difference and I believe that’s not true but I didn’t go back but now I’m stuck with an almost $700 car note. It’s not totally his fault I do take some blame, I put down $5,500 and still got a extremely high car note. I regret it now More
