We were personally greeted by Mike Jones upon arrival. Terrance Williams, in management, personally came out, sat with us and discussed our options. When it was time to go through the mountain of paperwork, Reggie Williams, in finance, took the time to discuss the pros and cons of our decision. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision at all. All of these gentlemen are very professional and made us feel like we were their only customer. Mike made sure that all of our needs were met and went the extra mile to do so. They really did their part to make the car buying experience as easy as possible.
