My appointment was made. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. After an hour and a half they changed it to 3 1/2 hours and told me they were experiencing delays. I drive 45 minutes one way to come to you. I was never given other options as going to a different Kia dealership closer to me to have the repair made under warranty. I find it very difficult getting in and out of your facility, seems always overbooked with long waits More
