Oscar was great very informative. However Toyota sent me the wrong rim and it was installed on my car. They reordered the rim and the same thing happed the wrong rim. To make a long s However Toyota sent me the wrong rim and it was installed on my car. They reordered the rim and the same thing happed the wrong rim. To make a long story short I had to come 6 times to get my car fixed. I was compensated for my time. I even had to pay for two wheel alignments which I feel was not fair. I spent over 2500 and had to come 6 times to fix the problem. More

Service department do a good job trying to get you in and out. Friendly associates all the time. Don't pressure you about repairs, just give you the info. I don't the sales department, car notes are off the chain now. I always get a call about trading my car by in but I know I'm not going to get a payment like 470 again. Payments looking like 600 now. Timely, professional, and they do a good job of taking care of our cars. If there are discounts to be applied they apply them even though you didn’t have the coupons, that creates loyalty so you keep comi care of our cars.
