Reimer was so helpful and understanding! My fiance and I have visited many dealerships before and all of them have only spoken directly to my fiance even though the car was for me and I’d be My fiance and I have visited many dealerships before and all of them have only spoken directly to my fiance even though the car was for me and I’d be paying for the car, it felt like I was being left out, until we came to Honda Universe and that all changed when we met Reimer. Not only was he helpful and kind, he spoke directly to me and asked what kind of car I was looking for. He was patient, spoke to us and it didn’t feel like we were pressured to make a decision, and that’s when we decided to buy a car with him! I fell in love with the car and it was exactly what I wanted. Even the other staff were so friendly towards us even the receptionists, they gave us great service and one of the staff gave my baby a balloon which helped him stay busy. We’ll definitely be back when we want to get another car and happily go with Reimer, thank you!! More
