Joe Gonçalves was very good. I understand management needs to be careful about dealer plates. It was a little inconvenient driving back to Fort Myers after we had just arrived at I understand management needs to be careful about dealer plates. It was a little inconvenient driving back to Fort Myers after we had just arrived at the dealership to pick up the trade in car. We were there the day before. Someone could have gone with us and bring the car back so that the next day we didn’t have to drive there two times. Overall experience was good. More

I was very pleased with the hospitality and knowledge of my salesperson, Steve. He explained many of the new gadgets to me and spent time setting them up while showing me how to do it.
