The dealer experience is amazing, the minute you drive into the service area. There is always someone there with a smile to greet you and to make sure they understand why you are there so they may direct into the service area. Then I walk inside to my service advisor's desk and he greets me with a smile and knows my name. He is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He may be busy but he always makes time to make his customers feel heard, cared for and important. I have NEVER felt this way about a sldealwr service department. It is beyond impressive! I can't recommend this dealer service department or Renan highly enough!! More
