Colonial Cadillac, sold. me a KIA Cadenza, even seek to enroll me in there service program. Nothing but disdain, looking down at the vehicle purchased. Brought the car for w me a KIA Cadenza, even seek to enroll me in there service program. Nothing but disdain, looking down at the vehicle purchased. Brought the car for warranty service, the parking attendant thought , I was mistaken in the dealer or parking lot... because" This is a Cadillac Dealer. Then the service advisor, more high and mighty, insulting and refuse to service, passing the service request to the Service manager who I may say was very polite. The dealer was very happy when I bought the car, but service intake finds it easy to insult the same client that by his purchase payed her salary. More

I had problems with my screen and after they change it I had to go back 2 times because they forgot to connect a wire and they didn’t update it, and the screen still doesn’t work as it should.
