An issue with my car has been fixed, however, the service advisor refused to contact the extend warranty provider, claiming the car has to be only serviced at the dealership and the outside mechanic who wor advisor refused to contact the extend warranty provider, claiming the car has to be only serviced at the dealership and the outside mechanic who worked on the car before must have installed used spark plugs. Used spark plugs! You know those plugs you can buy for $10 a piece new in any auto store. Also they don't provide loaners anymore and you might left without a car for many days like I have. Will look for a different business next time. More

Thank you for your time because I know cars can be tough to diagnose when trying to fix the problem and it seems like the issue comes and goes as was my CTS and its wheel bearing problem decided to attempt to diagnose when trying to fix the problem and it seems like the issue comes and goes as was my CTS and its wheel bearing problem decided to attempt to hide itself as if it were a phantom symptom which I was imagining. I do know my Cadillac though so I requested it replaced right away. Service department and technicians fixed it and is perfect now. Thank you. More

Very accommodating, but unfortunately the problem didn’t show up as I dismissed the action on the center stack and the code wasn’t stored in the ECU.
