I like this dealership because it is near my place. My advisor at the service department is awesome and client oriented as well as the other advisors if Ping Yang is off. Express Service should be renamed as Forever Service because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2 because an express lube service took 2:20 minutes! Advisor said it should be about an hour but was he wrong. It was my first service on a brand new 2023 Tacoma, no oil change required! Was told I “had to get it done to maintain warranty”. Was asked if I’d like a free car wash and I jumped on it. Found out the car wash was more of a quick hose down with areas that looked like it wasn’t touched at all. Had better car wash at the Shell gas station for $6. Since I was there I raised a concern about the parking assist sometimes beeping and sometimes didn’t . It appears the advisor never noted my concerns down and nothing was considered at the end. I said the xxxx with it after 2:20 hour wait. I wasn’t going to wait a minute longer. The waiting area was also a bit warmer than what I would have wanted. More
