Hello, I truly apologize for any confusion. For Toyota vehicles Toyota recommends an oil change every 10,000 miles or once a year. The 5k, 15,k,25k... include; Multi point inspection, fluid top off, tire rotation and a brake inspection. The 10k,20k,30k... include multi point inspection, fluid top off, tire rotation, brake inspection and an oil change.
