Buying Ferrari GTC4Lusso This is my first Ferrari, after searching websites I found the car that I like, the car was at the sister dealership in Long Island, sent an email to This is my first Ferrari, after searching websites I found the car that I like, the car was at the sister dealership in Long Island, sent an email to them expressing my interest on the car, in a few hours was refer to a local dealership in Fort Lauderdale, later on I receive an email from my designated salesman, RENE COTERA, He was incredible!!!!, so attentive, and he helped guide-me through the entire process from beginning to the end. He made me feel like family and I couldn’t have gotten the car without his help, The car was transported from Long Island to Fort Lauderdale in 3 days, He team up with Rick Feldmann, to close the deal. The overall experience was awesome, I don't want to forget to mention the professionalism and courtesy of the financing department. Several months before making my purchase, I came in to kick the tires and drool on some awesome cars. Rene took me through the showroom and pointed out all the real gems they had there. I left with his card, and a feeling that I would one day come back and buy my dream from him. Several months later I returned, and Rene remembered me and once again rolled out the red carpet. Very Happy New Client This is my second Ferrari purchase and the first with this dealership, we did most of the reviewing and discussions through telephone conversation and This is my second Ferrari purchase and the first with this dealership, we did most of the reviewing and discussions through telephone conversation and email. When I fly to Florida to see the 488 Spider, it was exactly what Rene told me. Rene helped with my trade-in along with the transportation of my trade-in to Florida from Texas and getting my new car to Texas. Rene made the entire process very easy and stress free. Rene also sent me pictures of my car being loaded on the transporter and made sure that the care made it to my house on the day promised. I strongly recommend Rene and the Ft. Lauderdale to see the car in person and it was exactly as described--perfect. As a first time buyer (and out of state) I was on one hand excited but also had my guard up to not make any mistakes. When I arrived I felt completely reassured because the atmosphere in person was the same as conveyed over the phone. Everyone I met and interacted with was cool, down to earth, and you could tell they enjoyed working there. I had a great time when I came to visit and do paperwork--their showroom is beautiful. Everything has gone smoothly and the way they said it would. Rene even threw in some cool Ferrari gear into the duffel bag for me when the car arrived. Nice touch of him.
