Not happy. Last fall I had a problem with Renee with my Explorer. Because of that I asked not to have her anymore. Last week I called to get a recall done on our 2021 PU that we also bought at Molsteads and was told they would have to put it on the dino, then make an appt. and I was told it would be 2 1/2 weeks to get my car serviced. I took the PU elsewhere and they fixed the problem and also fixed 2 other recalls we have had for 6 months. Bought 2 vehicles here and probably won't anymore. Not happy with Renee and not happy that I have asked not to have her on my vehicles. Also should have had the recalls done many months ago. No one called us about them or seemed to care. More
