Sales persons like him are a blessing to the dealership. The dealership itself is very basic and given that you are selling $55000 cars it is quite a luxury and there needs to be work on the experience and quality of the infrastructure. Example car delivery is in the same lane as service, walking through the service floor. The experience needs to be much much improved. BUT QUINTON ROSE WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS!! What started out as a great trip on Saturday, August 17 turned into a day of frustration and unknowns when I had an engine issue with my 2020 Outback. This problem lead me to Hawk Subaru in Plainfield, Ill turned into a day of frustration and unknowns when I had an engine issue with my 2020 Outback. This problem lead me to Hawk Subaru in Plainfield, Illinois. They diagnosed the problem, had the needed part, and the mechanic was willing to work beyond his work hours to get me back on the road. In the meantime, salesman Tony and Sales Manager Mark helped me when I decided I couldn’t continue on a cross country trip, all by myself, with a car I had no confidence in. We talked, negotiated, talked, listened to each other, had patience with one another, and I decided to purchase a brand new Subaru. They even switched my hitch and bike rack from my old car to my new car, making a long work day for themselves. Then they helped me move 5 months of travel stuff to my new car and sent me on my way. I will NEVER forget that day or those people. Even when one travels by themself and finds themself in a difficult situation, there are always people to be kind and help, and that day, it was Mark, Tony, the mechanics, and the woman at the service desk who kept me informed.
