Rex was great. I would say the only negative portion of the experience was the Finance Guy, Kalob. He was a pretentious xxxxx. It was as if we were interrupting I would say the only negative portion of the experience was the Finance Guy, Kalob. He was a pretentious xxxxx. It was as if we were interrupting his day by him doing his job. He said more than once that there were 5 people after us and rushed through every detail. If Rex wasn’t so good that would have wrecked the entire experience. If Kalob doesn’t like his job he should find another. More

I find the dealership itself friendly and professional however, I did not appreciate having to sit through an extra warranty detail session.
