Purchased a bespoke Lexus LC500 Convertible from Northside Lexus. Mr. Christianson, the GSM at the store called me to tell me "lying" about wanted to buy the Bespoke car. That he (used the term I, not we as Lexus) doesn't trust me, and will not sell the car to me, and "release it"; that my money can be refunded to me if it comes through... That's on the day my wire went through eventually. The dealership itself is impressive, but leadership conduct matters. I raised the matter with leadership, got a generic "understands our customer service expectations and that acts in accordance with our Lexus Values in all aspects of his employment" response from leadership. Because of my experience, I would not do business with this dealership again. More
