Easy, smooth, courteous, and professional transaction I was very pleased with my vehicle buying experience at Northside. Rex Bomar greeted me when I drove up and the Lexus GX460 was exactly what I wanted. I was very pleased with my vehicle buying experience at Northside. Rex Bomar greeted me when I drove up and the Lexus GX460 was exactly what I wanted. Rex made the sale and trade-in process almost effortless. We took a test drive and he pointed out many of the vehicle's features. Hamilton Dawes made the financing / paperwork processing very quick and easy as well. I am very satisfied with my experience at Northside and highly recommend this dealership. More

Everyone was both friendly and professional. They had a good selection of available cars and all were in perfect condition. I compared prices with the other two Lexus dealers in Houston and Northside had t good selection of available cars and all were in perfect condition. I compared prices with the other two Lexus dealers in Houston and Northside had the best price on similar cars. Additional this dealership is listed as No.1. Great experience. They also gave the best price for my trade in. Closing the deal was extremely fast. Was one the road in less than an hour! More

To be honest I usually never take time to write a review but I was so pleased with the service I received and decided why not take time to give posi To be honest I usually never take time to write a review but I was so pleased with the service I received and decided why not take time to give positive feedback. We had initially called before heading to North side Lexus since we live long ways away an had spoken with Rex the sales person, When I arrived at the Lexus building to look at a vehicle I was interested in Rex in sales immediately greeted my husband and I . We noticed he was super busy with other customers and he apologized and stated " He wanted us to get the best customer service and would send us over to someone he knew would take excellent care of us." I am so happy he send us over to Mr. Mills. He was very informative regarding the vehicle and not once did we ever feel pressure to buy the vehicle. I can gladly say he and Mr. Vu the finance person made our experience in buying a car so smooth and easy. I definitely recommend Mr. Mills to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future and I will be going back to him for our next purchase. Lastly I would like to mention the cleanliness of this place and how welcome everyone in the facility makes you feel when you first enter the building.
