At some point, we have worked with all of the service advisors and they are all very accommodating and communicate with us very well. We are in for an oil change and tire rotation every 4-6 weeks and th advisors and they are all very accommodating and communicate with us very well. We are in for an oil change and tire rotation every 4-6 weeks and they always make time for my busy travel schedule. I also never have them pushing extra services and suggesting needless purchases, but when I ask for something extra like a high mileage service or an alignment at last minute they always get it done in a timely manner. It is an extra 20-30 minute drive for me, but I always come back to see this team vs. going to other Buick Service Centers in the area! More
