I would recommend Rey G as a sales rep. Solid job in managing the sales process and expectations - 5 star. The GM of the dealership, post sales, is highly disappointing and non-responsive to emails on managing the sales process and expectations - 5 star. No vehicle delivery eta after payment, incessant "checking in" for statuses, door handle fell off when we received the vehicle + missing defroster strips on back window + dent on drivers side + inte "checking in" for statuses, door handle fell off when we received the vehicle + missing defroster strips on back window + dent on drivers side + interior accent lights don't work or fading; 3 months later and still no word from this dealership; got us once but never again - don't make the same mistake we did and avoid this place at all costs.
