Our salesman truly was amazing. He provided great service, was knowledgeable, and amicable. He never mentioned that we were signing the contract via the computer, he kept saying, just sign here and here, and here. He never once mentioned payment amounts, amount financed, and any other detailing that entail signatures on a contract. The only reason we knew we had signed contract was because we purchased two cars and on he 2017, he printed a contract and that's when we noticed some add-ons we didn't want mind you, we kept telling him no add-ons for three or so hours. Finally, to end we ended getting something we did not want all because he wouldn't let us leave. We felt like we were in a hostage situation. Sign and get these add-ons or you don't leave. I will always recommend Reza because we have never such an amazing salesman in the 10 or so cars I've purchased however, I will always tell the people I recommend to not get the finance closer, I don't want them to feel like they were taken advantage off. If you have cameras go and view them you will hear hoe many times we said no and he kept insisting and he never disclosed pertinent information that were included on the loan documents. Never again. He's a crook and a thief and left a sour taste at what I believed your company stood for. More
