A Pleasure Working with Reza Ghane! Working with Reza on purchasing my 2020 GLE was so wonderful and his customer service is top notch!! My husband went to see him because I couldn't be Working with Reza on purchasing my 2020 GLE was so wonderful and his customer service is top notch!! My husband went to see him because I couldn't be there. I wasn't expecting to have the whole deal done in the same day. I just wanted my husband to perhaps start the process and we could finish it up together during the weekend. Thanks to Reza, the entire deal was completed in the same day and he and my husband drove to our home together, so I could sign the papers. I have never had a salesman willing to come to my front door to finish a deal, which definitely saved me time from driving to the dealership (it's over an hour away from my house). After signing everything, Reza thoroughly walked me through many of the features of my beautiful new vehicle, and I'm sure he was as tired as I was. He never rushed me and made sure that I had no questions before he called an Uber to pick him up. I mean, he spent several hours with my husband, dedicated to ensuring that I received this vehicle - which I had been looking at for over two weeks!! I couldn't be more pleased with how Reza took care of us. We will definitely refer this dealership and Mr. Reza Ghane to family and friends!! More
