Excellent Experience Reza was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. The day before meeting Reza I went to another dealership to look at a Mercedes Benz SUV and it Reza was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. The day before meeting Reza I went to another dealership to look at a Mercedes Benz SUV and it was dirty and had a broken bumper and other imperfections that were not mentioned in the ad. Needless to say, we did not buy that SUV and found the SUV at Owings Mill. After traveling an hour and a half I was greeted by Reza in a very professional manner and was shown the car. The car was immaculate and obviously cleaned up before my arrival. The test drive was great and clearly was the SUV for my family. Reza made the process painless and easy and we were out of the dealership with the new SUV in record time. I plan to recommend Reza and Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills to others that are looking to purchase a new car. Great job! More

He listens to your wants and needs and puts your interests on the front burner. He is low key and puts you at ease during the interactions as the car shopping continues. He spent a good deal of time with my son and me. We took a test drive in three vehicles and gave us private time to discuss the pros and cons of each vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Gahane to anyone interested in purchasing a MB at Owings Mills. During the negotiation phase of the process Mr. Gahane and Mr. Robert Bank, the sales manager, were accommodative and we all worked together to achieve a successful outcome to the purchase of the vehicle. Mr. Gahane personally delivered the vehicle today, SEP 7, to my residence in the Mount Vernon area of Fairfax County, that is an excellent example of customer satisfaction on his part and that of the dealership.
