Great Service I came in with a couple different issues and in no time my service provider Reza got my maintenance scheduled and got me a ride home. He made me feel I came in with a couple different issues and in no time my service provider Reza got my maintenance scheduled and got me a ride home. Good service you can count on I own a Mercedes due to the simple fact that you get what you pay for. The service is always friendly and the loaner vehicle is a necessity so that m I own a Mercedes due to the simple fact that you get what you pay for. The service is always friendly and the loaner vehicle is a necessity so that my life can continue with minimal inconveniences. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that in the calls that I have have made to the service department they were extremely delayed in responding to me. I can appreciate that the representatives are very busy and there is a text message option but sometimes I need to voice my concerns to an actual human. I will bring my car back and recommend this location to friends. Unfortunately the following day after service the check engine light came on which is extremely frustrating and inconvenient, not to mention expensive considering the last payment I just made. More
