Had to take the car back mutiple time for the same issue. Paid over $900 to repair a turbo valve. As I was leaving the lot the check engine came back on. Made a u turn and returned to the shop. They ended repalcing the turbo under warranty but was told the vavle was not cover so i was out the $900 More

Just our of warranty - service Was assigned a service provider named Reza. Checked the car in asked to check my brakes and a couple of other things... was told that I was close to Was assigned a service provider named Reza. Checked the car in asked to check my brakes and a couple of other things... was told that I was close to needing spark plugs and 50K service. Asked him to put that on also. Thinking I would get an estimated for everything at once. I never received 1 call from him, but instead was texted an estimate/bill totaling over $4,000. !! Apparently, there is also a charge of $182.00 to even diagnose anything. After receiving the estimate, i called an import mechanic and reviewed the items and prices with him.... when he stopped laughing he said to only get the auxiliary battery replaced and bring the car to him. So I immediately called and told them to only replace the auxiliary battery. Never a call or notice, when I get there I was told that I also owed for the service and spark plugs.... bringing the bill to over 1100.00. Somewhere in the paperwork Reza marked the box that I agree to up to $1350.00 in repairs..... NEVER AGAIN !! Very poor communication and tactics. More

Unprofessional and Bad Service When I took my brand new Sprinter in for check up on the strong fuel smell, the first service adviser told me " that's nothing, it's normal, just the When I took my brand new Sprinter in for check up on the strong fuel smell, the first service adviser told me " that's nothing, it's normal, just the new car smell". dismissed my request on the spot. Actually was two fuel leaks were found on my second time trip to the dealer with another adviser. The outside mirror cover was discolored and paint was all peeled off, the first adviser told me all he can do is to send the van to detailing to have it cleaned. I told him it's a brand new van and should be under warranty to have it replaced. He told me he can't do that. What a joke. Furthermore, it took over 30 minutes for this first service adviser to come talk to me. Super disappointing to get such bad service experience at a very nice dealership. More

Service is very slow. For same reason this dealership treats the waiting area/lobby as a resort. Most people don’t want to hand around to drink coffee. This dealership is definitely below other Mercedes dealerships in ethics and honesty in my opinion. I’ve never before not had the work done of which I signed to be completed. They reportedly (by paper dealerships in ethics and honesty in my opinion. I’ve never before not had the work done of which I signed to be completed. They reportedly (by paperwork) did work that I was not informed or approved and work papers that showed work done that wasn’t done at all. Furthermore, a request to authorize ‘some issues’ by just tapping the approved icon without any details whatsoever. Later I found out the request was a laundry list in excess of $3,000.00. After my inspection of their laundry list only to find mostly questionable items to be replaced because it seems technicians do not repair anything these days, just replace. This review is completely honest and hopefully can be directed to the appropriate person(s). Thank you for reading all of this review. George More
