I expected more from Mercedes. This is my first Mercedes. I bought my 2016 E400 Cabriolet used, but within warranty. I've been to Temecula Mercedes twice for service now. On both o This is my first Mercedes. I bought my 2016 E400 Cabriolet used, but within warranty. I've been to Temecula Mercedes twice for service now. On both occasions, the computers weren't working and I had to provide information numerous times, taking an hour just to get checked in. The first time, I never saw my assigned service adviser and the attendant at the front counter tried her best to help me. The second visit was because the first visit didn't fully resolve my parking brake problem, where the emergency brake pedal wouldn't fully release. Mercedes replaced it twice. Both visits took multiple days, seemingly due to being consistently overbooked. The loaner car program was easy enough and my second adviser, Liz, was attentive but couldn't direct me to any extended service program or connect me with anyone to answer my questions. My overall service experience was inferior to the local Chevy dealer who I've bought 3 previous cars from. I thought Mercedes would be much better, an upgrade in quality and service. I love my car. I don't love my local Mercedes service department. More

Unprofessional and Bad Service When I picked up my new Sprinter Van, one part was missing. When I went in for the service to put in the missing part, I had to wait over 30 minutes When I picked up my new Sprinter Van, one part was missing. When I went in for the service to put in the missing part, I had to wait over 30 minutes to talk to the service adviser. When I got to the dealer, I noticed the paint was so faded and peeled off on the cover for mirror. The service adviser won't replace this part for me, keep on telling me they will detail it and see what happens, and the part they suppose to install, was the wrong part. Two hours at the dealer, nothing got done. One of the worst experience in the last 40 years of at a dealership. More

I was a little disappointed that my car needed an air filter and if someone would’ve called and let me know I probably would’ve had them go ahead and do it with the service but now I have to take it some filter and if someone would’ve called and let me know I probably would’ve had them go ahead and do it with the service but now I have to take it somewhere else and have it done.
