I have purchased 2 vehicles from Pete Moore. I even got my son to purchase a vehicle from them. My salesman, Mark Torelli was great. I let the service department take care of any maintenance iss I even got my son to purchase a vehicle from them. My salesman, Mark Torelli was great. I let the service department take care of any maintenance issues. I always let them perform any recommendations and never questioned them. When their part failed they would NOT cover it. In the 3rd week I was told the part was defective. During the 5th week they said they couldn’t get a code, therefore they won’t honor my warranty. I have emailed Pete Moore asking for assistance with this matter with no response. I would never recommend them due to their service department. More
