Allen always takes excellent care of both me and my F-350. Took my truck to Kendall Ford for an oil change and tire rotation. I complained when they initially handed me an invoice for $400+ for the ser F-350. Took my truck to Kendall Ford for an oil change and tire rotation. I complained when they initially handed me an invoice for $400+ for the service and wanted another $200+ to replace 'swollen lug nuts" ( turned out they were NOT defective). Won't make that mistake again. Lithia is the only place I'll go! More

Lithia Ford of Boise will do whatever it takes to get you to buy a vehicle make you feel like you’re their best friend you’re a valued customer but that’s where it stops as soon as you get any services done to buy a vehicle make you feel like you’re their best friend you’re a valued customer but that’s where it stops as soon as you get any services done by Lithia Ford of Boise you well understand why people in the treasure Valley do not recommend Them they do not value you or your vehicle. They will tell you that they’re the best in the business and you’ll never find anybody better than them and that should’ve been a red flag from the get go they will not stand behind their word it’s unfortunate that I got a service that was not the best quality at all and when you say something to them that’s when everything changes they will argue with you they will talk down to you they will make you feel like less of a person because you said something and when you try to hold them accountable they will make you feel like it is an inconvenience to try to make things right. I’m going on five weeks with no resolution in sight and three weeks with no communication from them A customer shouldn’t have to call every day to remind them that it’s not right it’s not fixed it’s not resolved More

They crashed my truck, improperly repaired the recall on my truck for the 2nd time and worst of all they crashed my truck and didn’t tell me about it, tried to repair it with bondo and then lied about it wh my truck for the 2nd time and worst of all they crashed my truck and didn’t tell me about it, tried to repair it with bondo and then lied about it when caught in the act. I don’t even want my truck anymore because it’s tainted. Ruined, thanks to Aron in the paint and body shop. How you crash a car with 7 cameras and backup sensors is absolutely beyond me. More
