Excellent Service I went to Phillips Toyota because my Tacoma Prerunner was making a noise(front wheel bearing). Rhonda in service department took real good care of my situation and treated me like royalty. Since the fix was going to take awhile I made the mistake of walking around the lot and of course There it was my new ride. I had the pleasure of working the deal with two excellent salespersons, Sonny Rothwell and James Cobb. I would've given 5 stars but I'm still a little bitter with the financial dept. from the purchase of my car. The financial dept. took it upon themselves to run my credit twice even though I told them I had my own financing and I wasn't interested in theirs. I guess they figured I wouldn't find out but I checked my credit history. More
