After calling for a tow, I placed a call to Rhonda, my service adviser who seamlessly guided me through the steps to be followed to get me up and running again. To make a long story short, my Prius was taken care of by the dealership and I was as good as new the next day! In short, Phillips is a business where the customer comes first. More
