Easy to make an appt. I was in and out in less than an hour. Our Service gal Ronda is wonderful. She keeps us informed and explains all that has been done to our minivan. Excellent Service I went to Phillips Toyota because my Tacoma Prerunner was making a noise(front wheel bearing). Rhonda in service department took real good care of my I went to Phillips Toyota because my Tacoma Prerunner was making a noise(front wheel bearing). Rhonda in service department took real good care of my situation and treated me like royalty. Since the fix was going to take awhile I made the mistake of walking around the lot and of course There it was my new ride. I had the pleasure of working the deal with two excellent salespersons, Sonny Rothwell and James Cobb.
