Ricky was very helpful in helping me choose the right car! When I went to the Toyota car dealership on Fletcher ave I was not sure on what car I would be purchasing however Rick helped me choose the right car When I went to the Toyota car dealership on Fletcher ave I was not sure on what car I would be purchasing however Rick helped me choose the right car the price was good, the car was good my monthly payments are just right. I came out in a brand new Camry 2017. I'm very happy with the decision I made that night. Thank you Ricky I would definitely recommend this guy!! More

Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. But alot has c I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. But alot has changed in the past year. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More
