Hi Teresa, Thanks for reaching out. I was called once by someone and without introducing himself he asked what I can do for you. I had to guess and ask him what this call is all about and then he said he is calling because Ricardo mention something and that shows the seriousness to resolve any issue. He asked me to visit the local Toyota dealership which I should have not done in the first place but i did and ask them to fix the minor issues as the car is Toyota certified and under warranty and upon enquiring I was told they cannot. I want to send you pictures which I took when the car was delivered and when I finally got all my documents I took time to go through the protection plan and I realized it doesn't say what I was told by the finance lady. So there are two issues that i mentioned in my feedback . One is with the poor detailing work (seats belts, paint scratches and chips) and protection plan. I know its a used car but I have also seen other TCPV in your inventory and the detailing work was exceptional . I bought this car while the repair work was happening and I trusted when I will get it its gonna be treated the same way as other certified pre owned vehicles but it wasn't. I was also not given $200 discount on mentioning cars.com which was clearly mentioned in the advertisement and i took it as no big deal.
