My salesperson, Epi, was genuinely interested in my needs and wants. In making a hard decision between two vastly different Audis, he asked a ton of questions and got to know me, helping me consider the pros and cons of each and thinking long term, beyond the “shiny and new” phase. When dealing with Brett on negotiations, I felt Audi Dallas was working with me, not against me, in getting a deal that worked with my budget. They were transparent in every step and I never felt I was being sold to - I felt like I was joining a family. Ricardo in finance was tenacious in helping me solidify my finance option, again being transparent the entire time. I cannot speak highly enough of Audi Dallas. The quality of Audi is enough to make you never want another car, but Audi Dallas goes above and beyond in making you never want to leave their family. More
